I would like to start by thanking Ron & Mary for giving my family the opportunity to purchase South Fork Resort LLC. As you know Ron & Mary have spent the last 14 years molding, nurturing, and building a great place to come and enjoy family, the outdoors, and life in a relaxing environment. We feel honored that they have entrusted us with continuing the growth of their baby. Thank you.
As Ron has told you my wife Shannon and I have purchased South Fork Resort LLC. We are new to the lake area but have lived in Ralls County for the past 22 years. We have two sons Brent Jr. and Blake and with that comes three grandchildren Brent lll, (Tripp), Avery, and Briggs. My wife and I have been married for 33 years and counting. We spent a good many of them years enjoying activities with our boys, coaching their baseball teams, hunting, and fishing. I have spent my entire life outdoors hunting and fishing. I started practicing taxidermy part-time in the basement of my home in 1992. After many years of practicing on my own and my friend’s harvests, I took a class at Missouri Taxidermy Institute in 2007. I since then have run Trophy Creations Taxidermy. I will continue doing Taxidermy after I get my shop set up here at South Fork Resort.
We hope to serve the community and visitors as well as Ron and Mary have for the past 14 years.
I will do my best to keep you informed on the area’s fishing report and I will most likely toss in something about deer/turkey hunting as well from time to time.
